Returns Policy

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority at TopHitsMarketing.com (TopCDHits.com and TopDVDHits.com). If a product purchased from TopHitsMarketing.com does not meet your expectations, follow the instructions below to return it. CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, videotapes and video games must be returned unopened, with shrink-wrap intact, within 30 days of receipt in order to be accepted for credit.

  1. Fill out the Reason for Return section on your invoice.
  2. Box the item securely. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Use the provided return label and ship the package using a method of delivery that can be traced, such as UPS or insured Parcel Post. If you are unable to track your package it will be impossible for you to check on the status of a return .
  4. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement.

If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will issue credit for any applicable shipping charges.
